General Objective:

The general objective is to stimulate smart, sustainable, and balanced economic growth to ensure sustainable regional development. Therefore, the overall goal of the project entitled “Development of NICHOLAS PETROLEUM SRL” is to increase the company’s competitiveness through a smart, sustainable, and balanced economy.

Specific Objectives:

OBJECTIVE 1: Stimulating smart, sustainable, and balanced economic growth for NICHOLAS PETROLEUM SRL

  • Supporting the economic growth of NICHOLAS PETROLEUM SRL through the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets.

 

OBJECTIVE 2: Integrating principles of sustainable development, equal opportunities, gender equality, and non-discrimination

  • Implementing measures to improve environmental quality and increase energy efficiency through the acquisition of heat pumps, a photovoltaic system, and energy-efficient equipment such as an electric forklift and aerial platform; minimizing waste at source by signing a pre-contract for selective collection and recycling of waste generated by service activities.

  • Ensuring equal opportunities and non-discrimination by adapting infrastructure for persons with disabilities through the purchase of a mobile ramp, tactile carpets and indicators, and by adapting equipment for operation by persons with disabilities through the acquisition of a laptop accompanied by a Braille keyboard.

 

OBJECTIVE 3: Increasing the company’s competitiveness through innovation and digitalization

  • Implementing activities for service certification – repair of LRP units and process certification – repair of machines and equipment.

  • Carrying out digitalization activities through the purchase of software for creating electrical diagrams and laptops, and promoting internationalization by participating in an international trade fair.

 

Project Purpose and Expected or Achieved Results:

 

RESULT 1: Stimulating smart, sustainable, and balanced economic growth for NICHOLAS PETROLEUM SRL by:

  • Equipping the company with tangible and intangible assets to enable operations under CAEN code 3312 – Repair of machinery, and increasing the service delivery capacity.

 

RESULT 2: Integration of principles regarding sustainable development, equal opportunities, gender equality, and non-discrimination

  • Purchasing a photovoltaic system and heat pumps that use renewable energy sources, as well as energy-efficient equipment: electric forklift and aerial platform.

  • Minimizing waste at source by signing a contract for selective collection and recycling of waste generated by service provision activities.

  • Promoting equal opportunities and non-discrimination by adapting infrastructure for access of persons with disabilities: purchasing a mobile ramp, tactile carpets, and indicators.

  • Ensuring equal access by adapting equipment for operation by persons with disabilities: acquiring a laptop accompanied by a Braille keyboard.

 

RESULT 3: Product/process/service certification and company innovation
